Shipping & delivery
How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order and usually arrives within 1–3 weeks.
How much is delivery?
A flat price per zone, added to your total when you pick your governorate at checkout:

Where do you deliver?
Delivered all over Egypt. One exception: the Knife Mirror is 2.3 metres tall, so it only travels to New Cairo, Maadi, Zamalek, Sheikh Zayed City, 6th of October City, Rehab, Madinaty, Shorouk City and New Administrative Capital.
Payment
How do I pay?
Two ways: cash on delivery, or Instapay to 01128698321 (Nada). Nothing is taken from a card online.
Every piece is made to order, so a 30% deposit starts the work and the balance is due on delivery. The deposit is always an Instapay transfer; you choose cash or Instapay for the balance at checkout. Custom pieces work exactly the same way.
Once you’ve sent the deposit, send us the screenshot — there’s an upload button on your confirmation page. Instapay doesn’t notify us, so the screenshot is the only way we know your transfer arrived, and nothing is made until it does.
Returns & changes
Can I cancel or change something in the order after confirming?
If production of the item hasn’t started yet then yes, a change can be made. Once it has, we can’t change it.
Can I return or exchange the order?
No — every piece is carefully prepared just for you, so there are no returns or exchanges unless there’s an unexpected issue with your order.
What if something arrives damaged?
Then it’s returned or exchanged with no extra fees. Send us photos as soon as it arrives and we’ll sort it out.
Care
Frames
Dust with a dry cloth. Keep out of direct sunlight so the colours stay true.
Chrome and lacquer
Use a soft microfibre cloth and a little water. Avoid abrasive cleaners and use coasters for hot drinks.
Neon
Indoor use only. Switch off and dust with a dry cloth. The LEDs are rated for about 50,000 hours.
Rugs
Vacuum without the beater bar, blot spills straight away and have them professionally cleaned once a year.
