Framed pieces ship in 3–5 days. Neon is made in 2–3 weeks, rugs in 3–4 weeks and tables in 4–8 weeks depending on the piece. Every product page shows its lead time, and we email progress photos while your piece is being made.

Delivered all over Egypt. One exception: the Knife Mirror is two metres tall, so it only travels to New Cairo, Maadi, Zamalek, Sheikh Zayed City, 6th of October City, Rehab, Madinaty, Shorouk City and New Administrative Capital.

Two ways: cash on delivery, or Instapay to 01128698321 (Nada). Nothing is taken from a card online — you place the order, we call to confirm it, and you pay on delivery or by transfer.

Custom commissions take a 30% deposit once you approve the render and the quote. The balance is due on delivery, by cash or Instapay.

Yes, within 48 hours of ordering — just reply to your confirmation email. After that, production has started and we can’t cancel the order.

Framed pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Every order is insured. Email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll repair or remake it at no cost.

Dust with a dry cloth. Keep out of direct sunlight so the colours stay true.

Use a soft microfibre cloth and a little water. Avoid abrasive cleaners and use coasters for hot drinks.

Indoor use only. Switch off and dust with a dry cloth. The LEDs are rated for about 50,000 hours.

Vacuum without the beater bar, blot spills straight away and have them professionally cleaned once a year.
